What do you need: a website, a brand, or both?
Design, photos, code and server come from one person in Munich. Tell me what you have in mind and you get a quote with price and timeline.
I never bought into the split between creative and technical. A render nobody can load is not an image. An app without a point of view is just a form. I build both ends: from the first click in Blender to the server that keeps it running at night.
ForShops, practices, brands and real estate, from Munich and beyond.
A selection.

What I work with
A toolbox, not a template.
Design and code from one pair of hands, from the first sketch to the server. And this is what comes out of it:
- Ps
- Ai
- Ae
- Pr
- Id
- Lr
- Xd
In motion
Stories, ads and menu animations, made for the screen they actually run on.

Hands on
Walk through it.
A house in Dubai that never existed in this shape, built entirely in 3D. Drag the image sideways and use the arrows on the floor to move on.
The one behind it
Luca Kingsley.
Designer and developer from Munich. I design, build and run what my clients use every day: websites, apps, 3D and motion. The K sits on all of it.

I build
what I design.
From the first sketch to the server: I write the code myself, for websites, apps and dashboards, and keep them running afterwards. Real clients use all of it every day. The parts below are live, not pictures:
I am Luca, a designer and developer based in Munich. I do not believe in the split between “creative” and “technical”: the best results come out when design and code are done by the same hand.
Based in Munich. On site in Munich and the surrounding area, for clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland by video.
What else is here
Development, design, photography, 3D and motion. Each discipline has its own page.
Blender add-ons for printed parts, plus free tools for websites: a cookie banner, a website check and a shop rules check.

How it works
From the first sentence to a running system.
1
You tell me
Five short questions, about five minutes. Your brief writes itself along the way. Everything except name and email is optional.
2
I answer
Within a few days you get a personal offer with sections, prices and a timeline, in your own area on this site.

We build
One person from sketch to server. After launch I run what I built, or hand it over cleanly documented.
Questions that come up
What does a website cost?
Websites start at 1,490 euro net from my own kit, and at 3,900 euro with a design of their own. What yours costs belongs in the quote, because the number hangs on three things: how many pages it really is, how much you want to maintain yourself, and whether the texts and images already exist.
See all pricesHow long does a project take?
Usually four to eight weeks from go-ahead to launch. What slows it down is almost never the technology, it is content and approvals. If texts, images and feedback arrive within a week, it goes faster.
Do you work alone?
Yes, and that is the point. Design, code and server come from the same person. There is no handover between agency and developer where half of it gets lost, and on photo shoots I am the one behind the camera.
Can I maintain the site myself afterwards?
Yes. Whatever changes often gets its own area where you can edit it without any training, from a phone as well. If you would rather not, I do it and bill by the hour.
What happens after launch?
Either I keep running what I built, or I hand it over documented to you or your IT people. Both are planned for, and you get the credentials either way.
Do I have to supply texts and images?
No, but you may. If neither exists we plan a shoot and I write the copy. If both exist it gets cheaper. What does not work is waiting for the content to write itself.
Do you work outside Munich?
Yes. Nearby I come by in person, everything else runs over a video call and your own area on this site. Only photo shoots are tied to a place.
Do you do 3D and motion as well?
Yes, both in house: renderings and animation in Blender, editing and social cuts. The Blender tools that came out of that work are now products of their own.
How do I start?
Through the enquiry: five questions, about five minutes, and everything except name and email is optional. That becomes your brief, and within a few days you get a quote with phases, prices and a schedule.
