Questions that come up
What do you need for a visualisation?
Plans or measurements, materials, references for the look. For products a sketch or a sample is often enough. Whatever is missing we sort out in the briefing.
How realistic does it get?
Photorealistic, with real materials and light at any hour. The images on this page were made that way, in Blender.
What is a 360° walkthrough?
Rooms you walk through yourself: panoramas from the 3D model, linked into a tour, in the browser, no app. There is one at the bottom of this page.
Can I change things afterwards?
Yes. The model stays, changes to material, light or furnishing take minutes, not weeks. New images from it are rendered quickly.
Does this work for real estate before construction?
That is exactly what it is for: images and walkthroughs of buildings that do not exist yet, for sales, letting and approval.
