Own concept, demoDreiseit: Sales System for Estate Agents
A sales system for estate agents with three faces: an app for buyers, a portal for sellers and an overview for the office. On my site to try, with invented data.

Starting point
An estate agent works with three groups that never meet in the same tool: buyers who want exposés and viewings; sellers who want to know where their sale stands; the office that holds it all together. The usual CRMs model the office and bolt the rest on as forms. The concept started in 2026 as a private venture, the code is mine alone.
Approach
The property is the centre. Documents, listings, buyers, appointments and the sale hang on it, and every step anyone takes is recorded. Tasks, mails and the agent's log follow from that by themselves.
Three interfaces sit on top. The buyer app shows matching properties and says why they match; viewings are booked straight into a free slot, documents uploaded along the way. The seller portal shows in 26 steps where the sale stands, with approvals and the level of interest, without giving away names. The office sees every sale at a glance, the buyers per property, the calendar and the messages. Who may see what is fixed in the system itself, not just hidden in the interface.
Result
A demo on kingsley-ym.de where all three interfaces run at once, on invented data that resets every hour. Book a viewing on the phone and it shows up right away in the seller's report and as a task for the agent.
