Integration pendingShawarmery: Customer App & Loyalty Points
A complete loyalty programme for a fast-food brand: customer app with QR points card, scanner at the till and a back office for products, rewards and locations. Finished; only the till connection is still missing.

Starting point
Paper stamp cards get lost, and an off-the-shelf till system knows no regulars. Alongside the rebranding for the second shop, Shawarmery wanted its own loyalty programme, with an app that feels like the brand.
Approach
Three parts that work together. The app shows the menu, offers and your own points card as a QR code. At the till the team scans that code and enters the amount, which turns into points. In the back office Shawarmery maintains products with images, the rewards, vouchers and locations. Collected points and redeemed rewards show up everywhere at once. The connection to the till system is prepared and is being activated right now.
Result
The app is finished. Once the till is connected, walk-in customers become regulars: points when paying, rewards in the app, all managed by the team itself.
