Starting point
A&F Doctors is a small practice for aesthetic medicine in Unterschleißheim, opened in October 2025, two doctors, findable on Google only by their own name. The competition sits in Munich’s city centre with years of head start. And the move to Munich was already planned: the site had to rank for Munich terms before the practice arrived there.
Approach
Not an advertising page but one page per treatment, with its own question, its own price, its own image, 43 of them. Structure without cannibalisation: one hub per topic, subpages with their own terms, so Google knows which page stands for what. The north as its own anchor, trend treatments as door openers where the city centre does not rank yet. Questions and answers on every page, readable for Google and AI search. Everything measured in Search Console, month by month.
