No. You download the file and host it yourself. The banner fetches nothing and sends nothing, not even to me. Your logos live inside the script as images.
It gets the craft right: nothing is pre-ticked, “Allow all” and “Necessary only” are the same size, every category can be chosen on its own, and scripts only run after consent. Which cookies your site sets and what your privacy policy says is still up to you; no banner can decide that for you. Not legal advice.
Give the script tag type="text/plain" and data-keks="statistik" (or "marketing"). The banner runs it once that category is allowed, and automatically on every later visit.
A footer link with onclick="KeksBanner.oeffnen(); return false". The choice lives in the browser’s storage; read it yourself with KeksBanner.lesen().
Anywhere you can upload a file and add one line of code. The banner runs in its own shadow DOM and does not touch your site’s styles.
