Tool, free, no sign-up

What your shop is still missing, in a minute.

Enter your shop address. The check fetches the home page, a product page and the legal notice and looks for the obligations from the chapters: legal guarantee notice, withdrawal button, legal notice, product safety, chatbot, pay later, green claims and what can be counted on accessibility.

What this check cannot see

  • – the checkout and the order confirmation, because it does not order anything
  • – content loaded on click or by JavaScript, such as tabs on the product page
  • – cookies and trackers before consent, which needs a browser
  • – keyboard use, contrast and screen readers

A technical check, not legal advice. Nothing is stored: neither the address nor the result.

Three pages, one minute.

Enter the address, the check does the rest. No sign-up.

Fetches three pages

The home page, a product page and the legal notice. No product page found? Enter one directly.

Looks for the obligations

The ones from the chapters, from the guarantee notice to accessibility. “Found” means visible, not automatically right.

Stores nothing

Neither the address nor the result is stored. A technical look, not legal advice.

Questions

Do you store my shop address?

No. The check fetches the pages, evaluates them and shows you the result. Neither the address nor the result is stored.

Why does product safety say “not checked”?

The check found no product page from the home page. Enter the address of a product page directly and it checks there.

Does “Found” mean everything is fine?

No. It means the checked pages showed what the check looks for. Whether content and placement are right is in the chapter.

My shop is reported as unreachable, but it works.

Some shops block requests from servers. Then the check cannot help; go through the checklist by hand.

Is this legal advice?

No. It is a technical look at what is in your shop’s HTML. For your specific case, ask a lawyer or your trade association.
